"Journeys Through Space & Time

Friday, Feb. 15, 4 p.m. Paddison Memorial Branch Library (Kernersville). Overview and discussion of Afrofuturism, an artistic movement and cultural aesthetic that explores the experiences of the African diaspora, incorporating elements of science fiction, fantasy and other speculative styles. Participants will learn about the history, and examples of this exciting aesthetic with library staff and North Carolina State University Interdisciplinary lecturer, Darrell Stover."
