Adult Cooking: Knife Skills and Winter Soup

Learn how to wield a knife and prepare a hearty winter soup. We'll cover several knife techniques including the julienne, dice, and chiffonade, among others. You'll enjoy fresh vegetables from The Edible Schoolyard, the Museum's half-acre garden, to prepare a meal to enjoy together. On the menu: Vegetable soup, crudité and dip. Registration required.
