Republicans Lash Out Against New Security Measures At The Capitol

Several lawmakers were visibly upset Tuesday by the new security system at the Capitol complex that requires them to walk through a metal detectors, following last week's deadly insurrection.

Top Defense Department officials have issued a message to the troops that they must defend the Constitution and that last week's violence at the U.S. Capitol was a direct assault on it.
