Vice President Pence Hires Outside Lawyer To Deal With Russia Inquiries

The vice president has hired Richard Cullen, a former U.S. attorney and member of George W. Bush's legal team during the 2000 recount, to respond to inquiries from special counsel Robert Mueller.

Metropolitan Police Department Chief Peter Newsham told reporters Thursday in Washington, D.C., that "it's extremely important" to address attacks on peaceful protests.
