Louisiana Floods Leave At Least 11 People Dead

Details are emerging from the historic floods that devastated communities in southern Louisiana. At least 11 people have been reported dead, at least 40,000 homes were affected, and some 30,000 people were rescued.

Mark Bertolini, CEO of Aetna, told the Justice Department in July that the insurer would walk away from many health exchanges if the government opposed the company's proposed deal for Humana. On Tuesday, Aetna followed through.
