"These agents won't be patrolling the streets," U.S. Attorney Timothy Garrison said in a statement to NPR, responding to concerns over the controversial use of federal agents in U.S. cities.

Data from the CDC estimates that roughly 10 times the amount of people have the virus than have been documented. The number is still far below what experts say would be needed for widespread immunity.

Hennepin County District Judge Peter Cahill lifted the order on Tuesday, after opposition from attorneys for the defendants and a number of media organizations.
