Sean and Quique are both headed to the theatre this weekend: Sean to the movies and Quique to check out a play. Sean's going to see The Assasin, a Chinese film that follows a woman in 9th Century China who's been trained since she was a child to kill corrupt officials. When she fails an assignment, she's sent to kill the man she was once supposed to marry. Quique's going to see Stained Glass Playhouse's production of Bell, Book & Candle. The play tells the story of Gillian Holroyd, an attractive witch who is drawn to an unattached publisher. The show runs November 6th through the 20th. Bethany recommends "Will Read for Food" at Scuppernong Books on November 19th. It's an evening of readings by local writers including Holly Goddard Jones, Stuart Dischell, and Ansel Elkins. All proceeds from the event go to Greensboro's Interactive Resource Center.
