As the start of school is around the corner, The Guilford County Division of Public Health is hosting additional immunization clinics for upcoming 7th and 12th graders.

The clinics will be offered at the division’s High Point and Greensboro locations for five more days starting next week on Aug. 21, 23, 29, 30, and 31 from 4 to 6 p.m.

State law requires students to receive the Tdap vaccine and the MCV by the start of their 7th-grade year. A second dose of the MCV is required for incoming high school seniors.

Parents should bring their child’s insurance card and immunization records to their appointment, which can be scheduled by calling the Division of Public Health at (336) 641-3245.
