In addition to her responsibilities on the WFDD Community Advisory Board, she is on the Executive Committee of Boy Scout Troop 715 and coordinates the Forsyth Backpack Program at Hanes Middle School. In the past, Tricia has held leadership roles in training at the American Red Cross and Public Relations at National Public Radio.   • Eddie Garcia is WFDD’s News Director. He is responsible for planning coverage, editing stories, and leading an award-winning news team as it serves the station’s 32-county listening area. He joined WFDD as an audio production intern in 2007 and went on to hold various roles, including producer, Triad Arts Weekend co-host, reporter, and managing editor. When he’s not working, Eddie enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and watching films.
  • Molly Davis joined 88.5 WFDD in January of 2005. She is a Winston-Salem native and a graduate of Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Molly has more than 25 years of experience in marketing, public and media relations, event planning, and nonprofit management.A lifelong public radio fan, WFDD was Molly's first job in radio. You'll hear her voice on WFDD underwriting announcements, during fund drives, and on Sunday afternoons. Molly has been invited to present at national conferences on multiple occasions, and has mentored other stations on compliance matters, as well as development and listener engagement strategies. She also serves as Vice-Chair of the board of Radio Research Consortium.Molly is a staunch believer in public radio's ability to foster civil discourse, develop awareness of different perspectives, and connect listeners to their communities. She is an avid runner and a former yoga instructor, and as a North Carolina native knows better than to tell you which style of barbecue is better.
  • Justin Hardy is an attorney with Bell, Davis & Pitt, a law firm with offices in Winston-Salem and Charlotte. He is a member of multiple sections of the North Carolina Bar Association and serves as the vice chair of the tax section's continuing legal education committee. Justin was born in Saginaw, Michigan, and was raised in both Franklin, North Carolina, and St. Charles, Michigan. He discovered public radio while pursuing a degree in Sociology from Central Michigan University.Justin and his wife, Carrie, moved to Winston-Salem upon earning his law degree from Michigan State University in 2008. They have one son, who is convinced that Justin's radio dial only tunes to 88.5 WFDD.Term expires December 31, 2022.
  • Dan joined WFDD in August 2017. He has lived up and down the eastern US and graduated from Syracuse University in 2011. At Syracuse, Dan worked at CitrusTV, the student-run television station for the university.Prior to arriving in the Piedmont Triad, Dan was in the TV-broadcasting industry working in Great Falls, Montana, from mid-2012 through the end of 2015. While at KFBB, Dan anchored and produced Sports and News. Along with his time at WFDD, Dan is a Studio Host, Producer, and Production Assistant at IMG College. He also works for the Winston-Salem Dash, and for athletics at Bishop McGuiness High School in Kernersville where he can be heard on some of their athletic broadcasts. When not working, Dan enjoys exploring Winston-Salem and watching sports, especially football and college basketball.
