Evidence presented during the trial showed Travis Reinking had schizophrenia and had suffered delusions for years but prosecutors showed that he was calm and cooperative after his arrest.

Police in Nashville, Tenn., said Monday afternoon that Travis Reinking was captured "moments ago" in a wooded area just miles from the Waffle House where he allegedly shot and killed four people.

"I think anybody could've did what I did," said James Shaw Jr., who disarmed a gunman at a Nashville-area Waffle House, where four people were killed. He spoke at a news conference with law enforcement officials on Sunday.

Joe Rogers Sr. and Thomas Forkner Sr. co-founded the Waffle House in an Atlanta suburb in 1955. A statement released by the company says Forkner died on Wednesday at age 98. Rogers died March 3 at 97.
