Greensboro native and acclaimed drummer Larry Draughn has performed worldwide with leading jazz artists. During Creative Greensboro's Residency for Original Works, Draughn will focus his project on legendary jazz drummer Dannie Richmond and guitarist Tal Farlow—both fellow Greensboro natives. Over a six-week workshop series, he will gather stories and historical perspectives to inspire new musical compositions.
