It takes time to produce great radio. Months of gathering tape, interviewing people, fact-checking, researching, writing . . . and the list goes on. It’s hard work, but it pays off. WFDD Hive’s Radio Camp is a condensed version of this radio production process. In just a week, participants learn how to record, write, and put together a story for broadcast.
With an expertly curated curriculum, Radio Camp participants acquire real-life radio production experience while having fun and playing games-- not to mention access to professional recording studios and equipment.
Originally developed as a summer day-camp for middle school students, Radio Camp now also offers options for grown-ups and special sessions throughout the year. For inquiries or to add your name to the Radio Camp mailing list, follow this link.
