Jan Hampton recently retired from Hanesbrands, where she was Senior Copy Manager, primarily for ecommerce, promoting the sales of everything from bras to English muffins. Previously she was Vice President of Marketing at United Way of Greater Greensboro, encompassing publications, special events and communications. She worked for the Winston papers after graduating from Wake Forest University where she edited the student newspaper. Jan lives in Kernersville and is an active member of Main Street United Methodist Church there. A native of the Washington DC area, she has lived in the Triad for more than 40 years. Her passions include travel, sports, literature, politics, and public radio. In the fall of 2019, Jan and her husband Wade took a 10,000+ mile trip around America in a Prius, primarily visiting National Parks.Term expires December 31, 2022.

Tom Ricciardi joined the staff of 88.5 WFDD in the spring of 2020 as an Underwriting Account Manager. Prior to moving to the Triad, he spent over fifteen years in commercial radio, as the Program Director and afternoon drive personality at WBUS in State College, PA. That's where he learned the power of the one-on-one connection that only radio provides, as a community voice, informative and entertaining medium, and comforting presence. He also served as a local elected official with the Board of Supervisors of Ferguson Township, learning how local government makes a daily direct impact on citizens' day-to-day lives. He received his B.A. in Communications from Penn State University at University Park and grew up in the city of Philadelphia. If you want to know how to properly prepare a cheesesteak, he'll know.After arriving in North Carolina, Tom became involved in volunteering for various groups, enjoying the varied southern cuisine, and re-learning his defensive driving skills. He became a fan of WFDD and is so proud to represent a brand that he believes in. Tom currently lives in Greensboro, with his partner Lauren, and their four cats, Wyatt, Tayla, Ron, and Bosco. He enjoys baking bread and making pizza from scratch, playing piano poorly, and organizing his music library, consisting mostly of music from Billy Joel.Tom has been consistently using his turn signal since 1998.

Gabriel Maisonnave is WFDD’s Content Director. He joined the station in 2017 as Education Program Manager, leading youth storytelling projects that earned a Regional Edward R. Murrow Award and several PMJA awards. Originally from Argentina, he has a background in international relations and peacebuilding and holds an MA in Media and Journalism from UNC-Chapel Hill. His work centers on using storytelling as a tool for connection and understanding.

Bethany is WFDD's editorial director. She joined the staff in the fall of 2012. She received her B.A. and M.A. in English Literature from Wake Forest University. Between undergraduate studies and graduate school, Bethany served as the intern to Talk of the Nation at NPR in D.C., participating in live NPR Election Night Coverage, presidential debate broadcasts, regular Talk of the Nation shows, and helping to plan the inaugural broadcast of ‘Talk of the World.' She enjoys engaging with her interests in books, politics, and art in the interdisciplinary world of public radio. Before becoming editorial director, Bethany was assistant news director, a reporter and associate producer for WFDD's Triad Arts and Triad Arts Weekend. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Bethany enjoys calling the Piedmont home.
