A Memphis-based manufacturing company is establishing a new operation in Mocksville.
Officials with Aluma-Form, Inc. say the facility is expected to bring in more than $6 million in capital investments and more than 100 jobs to the area. That’s according to the Davie County Economic Development Commission.
The company will hold its plastic injection molding operation at the new facility located in Mocksville. Officials say the operation will have three shifts, five days a week — and hiring is already underway.
Aluma-Form manufactures custom-engineered components for the electric utility and communications industries.
The company says they hope to begin production by the end of the year.
