Austin restaurant allows diners to pay what they want

Fewer people are eating at restaurants for a variety of reasons, though one big factor is the rising costs of dining out.

One restaurant is offering a pay-what-you-wish concept to help cash-strapped diners enjoy a meal out — and also to drive traffic to their business.
