N.C. A&T Cheerleading wins second-straight national title

The cheerleading team at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University went back-to-back last week, winning a second consecutive national championship.

The Aggies took first place in the Intermediate Small Coed Division I group for this year’s event, held in Daytona, Florida.

Last year, A&T became the first Historically Black College and University to ever win the division title, and the first North Carolina HBCU to win a National Cheerleading Association championship.
