Cone Health is offering free wellness screenings and school supplies in Greensboro this Saturday.

The “Building a Better You” event aims to connect Guilford County residents with care, education and local services.

Attendees can get free health screenings and meet with organizations that provide support with things like transportation, employment and mental health.

And with the start of school right around the corner, organizers say they’ll also be giving out backpacks filled with school supplies to students who register for and attend the event.

The event will be held at the Greensboro Complex Special Events Center on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
