The protesters in Greensboro joined others marching in Minneapolis and major cities across the country.

A crowd in Winston-Salem rallied Thursday against the ongoing immigration raids, calling for unity and support as anxiety grips the community.

Naser was taken into custody about two weeks ago and was scheduled to be released on a $20,000 bond. But U.S. Immigration and Customs officials appealed the decision.
