The Guilford County Sheriff's Office has concluded an investigation into an alleged sexual assault at Ragsdale High School in September. Detectives say they found no evidence to fully support the initial allegation and have characterized the incident as “hazing or horseplay.”

A public copy of the incident report classifies the assault as a first-degree sex offense with a blunt object.
