Meet the Artist: Poet and Performance Artist Josephus

For spoken word, visual, and performance artist Josephus, “Poetry is Life”. The traveling poet and educator often mixes his poetry with R&B and Jazz. Back in February he staged "The New Black." The performance featured an 11 person cast and a 3 piece band. There were dancers, poets, and singers whose art & performances were designed to move your spirit. 

 Josephus uses his gifts to motivate and inspire others through his many Free Creative Writing and Spoken Word Poetry workshops for Teens, and his own rhythmic poetry.
