Community volunteers are needed to help improve education in Forsyth County.

For the past 14 years, a collaboration between the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce and the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School System has helped thousands of elementary school children improve their reading skills. The partnership has also helped hundreds of high school students’ graduate.

WFDD’s Keri Brown sat down with Jennifer Cobb, Director of Education and Business Volunteer Services with the Winston-Salem Chamber and Tina Long, to find out what impact the programs are having on the community.
