<p>The National, which is run by the <a href="http://ncta-usa.org">National Council for the Traditional Arts</a> and moves to a new location&nbsp;every three years,&nbsp;was very successful in establishing the festival in Greensboro&nbsp;and proving that it could be popular and sustainable in our community. &nbsp;</p>
