Quique's excited about the Farm at The Children's Home which is presenting the Home Maze and Pumpkin Patch. This runs until November 1st. All proceeds benefit The Children's Home. Activities include a Sorghum Maze, a toddler hay maze, pumpkin patch, cow train and more. 

Bethany recommends an exhibit by student artist Sophia Crist. Her show is titled "Beauty of Finding Strength," and highlights Dwarfism Awareness month. Sophia's show depicts the scars of little people, turning these scars into something beautiful and empowering. She also illustrates some of the 200 types of dwarfism through drawing. The show runs Friday, October 16th though 9pm October 19th in the Anne Gaylon Gallery on the campus of Greensboro College. 

Eddie's looking forward to the Cashavelly Morrison album release party at Krankies on Friday, October 16th. Cashavelly will be performing with a full band and Leah Shaw will be opening. A copy of their new album The Kingdom Belongs to a Child is included in the price of admission.
