The following schools and organizations have announced closings or delays for Wednesday, January 29th:
--Alamance/Burlington Schools closed
--Elkin City Schools will be closed.
--Enrichment Center will be closed.
--Family Behavioral Health will open at 10 a.m.
--Forsyth Country Day School will be closed.
--Forsyth Technical Community College day and evening classes canceled.
--Forsyth County Meals on Wheels will not deliver today. Recipients are asked to use emergency meals
--Galax City Schools will be closed.
--Greensboro College will open at 11:00 AM
--Greensboro Day School will be closed
--Guilford County Schools will be closed.
--Guilford Technical Community College WILL REMAIN CLOSED FOR THE DAY. NO DAY AND EVENING CLASSES.
--Industries of the Blind, Lee St. and Market St. facilities will open 2 hours later than usual
--North Carolina A&T State University will open at noon. NC A&T will close at 5:30 p.m.
--Rockingham County Schools will be closed. Employees should follow Plan D, and not report before 10 a.m.
--Salem Montessori School will be closed
--The Senior Lunch Program will be closed.
--Southeastern Center for Contemporary Arts will be closed today. Tonight's event is also canceled.
--Stokes County Schools will be closed.
--Summit School will be closed.
--UNC School of the Arts will open at 10 a.m.
--University of North Carolina Greensboro (UNCG) closed; day and evening classes cancelled
--Wake Forest University Reynolda Campus Classes and Offices will open at 11:00 AM
--Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools closed
