Last year, Guilford County Schools reported that 2,800 students experienced homelessness.

North Carolina A&T State University alumnus, actor/director and playwright Miller Lucky Jr. explores the causes behind homelessness and the toll it takes on those affected in his new play No Dwelling: Homeless in America.

No Dwelling: Homeless in America by Miller Lucky Jr. opens Thursday night, April 16 and runs through the 26th with evening shows at 7pm and Sunday matinees at 3pm in the Paul Robeson Theatre on the campus of North Carolina A&T State University, 1601 East Market Street, Greensboro.

After the Sunday, April 19th show, there will be a panel discussion and audience talk back with the playwright, and consultant, substance abuse and human services counselor, Rev. Tyrone Rigsby. You can hear David's interview with Rev. Rigsby and Miller Lucky this Friday at 1pm during Triad Arts Weekend.

Today, David speaks with A&T student actors Dominique Williams and Jlaney Jenkins about the play.
