John McCutcheon at Muddy Creek Music Hall

Across the Blue Ridge is pleased to co-sponsor John McCutcheon at Muddy Creek Music Hall, Winston-Salem, NC this coming Saturday, October 28 at 8PM.  A Wisconsin native, McCutcheon knew from an early age that he had to perform roots music, learn as many instruments as he could, and write songs.  He continues an impressively successful career,  traveling the U.S. and the world, performing in concerts and plays.  He's recorded dozens of  albums and received numerous Grammy nominations.  John McCutcheon is known for his chops on hammered dulcimer but is equally adept on about a dozen instruments including guitar and banjo. We'll interview John about his life and career, his take on traditional and folk music, and more, for later broadcast. As of this writing, there's still limited ticket availability.
