Hear the music of a fabulous songster this week – Jim Eanes, a southside Virginia son of immigrant parents who made good in bluegrass, classic country, and gospel music.  His velvet voice and genial nature helped him along, and although his name isn't that often mentioned today, his music is as welcoming now as it was from the 1950s through the 1980s.  Plus a wonderful selection of old-time and bluegrass songs and instrumentals from a variety of performers, present and past.
