The Soul of Southern

Much of the food of the South transcended race and often even economic barriers. In fact, many cultures played a role in writing the recipe for what we call Southern cooking. Join us for a discussion of this cuisine, whose staples overlap both soul and Southern influences and highlight the global nature of Southern food as a culinary mainstay.
