Spring Book Club Read

Slow Noodles
Hachette Book Group

In honor of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month we'll be reading Slow Noodles: A Cambodian Memoir of Love, Loss, and Family Recipes. In Slow Noodles, author Chantha Nguon recounts her harrowing life as a Cambodian refugee who lost everything but was able to retain the memories of her mother's kitchen. Please join us at Scuppernong Books in Greensboro on Saturday, June 8th at 2:00 to join the discussion!

Hive, WFDD's education program, which includes Radio Camp and Radio 101, aims to provide students of all ages the tools to change the world through storytelling.
