Home Run for Homelessness

The 5th annual Home Run for Homelessness, presented by Partners Ending Homelessness (PEH), will be held Sunday, June 30th, at the NewBridge Bank Park when the Greensboro Grasshoppers take on the Delmarve Shorebirds. The event kicks off at 3pm; opening pitch is at 4pm.

As the lead agency for Guilford County's Continuum of Care, PEH is responsible for actively implementing, evaluating, and updating Guilford County's Strategic Plan to End Homelessness. The organization is a collaborative partnership that includes over 80 community partners that work to generate housing, strengthen prevention and supportive service efforts, and increase coordination, collaboration and access through the continuum of care in our community.

Partners Ending Homelessness encourages public understanding of the causes and conditions of homelessness and leads a strong and stable system of care for individuals and families to reduce homelessness in Guilford County.

A portion of advanced group tickets sales for the Home Run for Homelessness event will benefit PEH and its work to end homelessness in Guilford County.  For more information, visit the event website. To download a group ticket order form, click here.
