Donald Trump praised Ted Cruz after Cruz dropped out of the presidential race last night, and he criticized rival Hillary Clinton, who despite her loss to Bernie Sanders in Indiana Tuesday, is still likely to rack up enough delegates to become the Democratic nominee.
