One Triad organization is using technology to help working women around the world achieve personal and professional goals.

The Junior League of Greensboro is launching the “Climb 365 initiative”.  The program provides free on-line personal coaching for a year. Recently, the organization conducted a world-wide search for applicants. Each one created an action plan to accomplish a career dream or lifelong ambition. An independent panel has selected five winners.

Julie Copeland, President of the Junior League of Greensboro, says they're partnering with the Center for Creative Leadership for this initiative. Copeland also says other women will benefit by following these winners online.

On Friday, April 4 the winners will be announced at the Junior League's 2014 Women's Leadership Summit. The conference will be at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro and Jenna Bush Hager is the keynote speaker.
