Participants will also be exploring local varieties of our most common liquid vice, featuring Sutler's gin, Hoot's beer, and Krankie's coffee.

Bethany suggest Sounds of the Season in Winston-Salem Christmas Concert this Sunday from 3-5pm at the Winston Square Park Amphitheatre. This is a family-friendly outdoor concert featuring musicians such as Gulley, The Camel City Collective, Khiana Meyer, Lauren Light, Drew Holgate, and Doug Davis. There will be a canned food drive for the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest North Carolina and a toy drive benefitting Brenner Children's Hospital.

Quique says to swing by the Scales Fine Arts Center at Wake Forest University this weekend to catch composer/violinist David Schulman performing musical interpretations of exhibited visual art by Esther Gruber and Kate Shepherd (Friday, Nov. 20 and Saturday, Nov. 21, 6:45-7:15 pm). Afterward, walk directly over to the Mainstage Theatre to experience his performance of original compositions in accompaniment to Laurita-Spanglet's dance production “In The Rift” as part of the Wake Forest Dance Company's Fall Faculty and Guest Artist Concert, starting at 7:30pm on Friday and Saturday, and at 2pm on Sunday.
