The Tannahill Weavers have been one of Scotland's finest traditional bands for nearly 40 years.

They'll perform this week at the Community Arts Café in Winston-Salem courtesy of the Fiddle & Bow Society.

On Thursday night, March 26th Roy Gullane and his band mates will perform live in concert at the Community Arts Café, 411 West 4th Street in Winston-Salem. It'll be one of the last performances in that intimate venue due to shut its doors at the end of the month (click here for more info). Concert starts at 8pm.

The Tannies' lead singer, guitarist and founder Roy Gullane spoke with me by phone on the road in Shorham-by-Sea on the south coast of England. He says some of the members have played together since their teens.
